KGI provides schematic designs, construction documents, coordinates custom bespoke designs with craftspeople, tradespeople, designer showrooms, and contractors. Sample materials, finishes, colors, and details, details, details are provided to give you the vision to dream arriving home too.

We handle all purchasing, ordering, shipping, receiving, and inspections. We take care of your project and home as if it were our own. We are your design eyes and partner until the end of the project, and we hope that when you walk in the door, take your shoes off a smile comes to your face, and you feel a sense of sublime bliss.

Katia received her academic training in Textile Design and Color Theory from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and continued her education by earning a certificate in Fine Art Appraisal Studies from New York University. Katia is passionate about her work and about how good design can influence lifestyle. She has won 3 ASID Design Awards. Katia was the Winner of HGTV Designers Challenge, The Discovery Channel – Go Ahead and Make my Dinner and The NBC Sunday Today Show and has advised and acted as a brand ambassador for luxury home furnishing manufacturers in order to enhance their media and trade presence.
